We excel at association management (AM). We manage organizational files and data securely; produce and distribute announcements and communications; organize/facilitate committee and Board meetings (providing Secretariat services as needed); arrange and promote seminars; and perform membership management & renewal services.

Alleyne staff offers full cycle accounting/bookkeeping/financial (from accounts payable and receivable, right through to preparing for annual audits), with monthly reporting and statements. We can help you plan your budget and stay on track, flagging you when any issues are about to arise.

From concept to the closing remarks, Alleyne has been planning and coordinating regional, national, and international conferences for over 20 years. We arrange educational seminars and series, as well as special events.

Conferences have so many moving parts: ensuring dates don’t conflict with other industry conferences or religious holidays; finding the right venue and hotel arrangements; creating and executing the marketing and promotion strategy; arranging for continuing education credits or certification; accommodating any special needs of your attendees, whether that means physical access or special meals; coordinating printing, signage, and presentations; and so much more.

We work with your organization to help organize and support your event committee(s) in building a schedule and setting industry-standard milestones, to ensure that everything runs like clockwork.

Conference Management

Planning is only half of the process. Making sure everything and everybody is where they need to be, when they need to be there is what counts on “the day of”. Alleyne will be your interface with the venue / banquets team, caterers, AV/tech team, presenters, delegates and exhibitors to make sure  it all gets executed as planned.

Technology

In addition to the core AMC team, Alleyne has web developers, website managers, mobile app developers, as well as a data management team.  While all team members are computer savvy, the mobile app developers and data management team can be commissioned for special projects.
